How cancellations, subscription renewals, and refund requests are handled for WebKernelAI plans and payments.

General Policy

WebKernelAI follows a strict no-refund policy. All successful payments are non-refundable in any case or condition.

By purchasing, upgrading, downgrading, or renewing a plan, you agree that payments are final and non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not usually create a prorated refund for the already active billing period.

Where a downgrade is requested, paid access and plan limits may continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated during the change flow.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you suspect an incorrect or unauthorized charge, contact support immediately with transaction details so our team can investigate.

Investigation may result in technical correction where applicable, but it does not change the no-refund policy.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, we encourage you to contact support first. Many billing concerns can be resolved faster through direct review than through formal payment disputes.

Where a chargeback is filed, account access may be restricted while the dispute is reviewed and resolved.

How to Request Review

Send refund-related questions to [email protected] with your account email, invoice or transaction reference, and a short explanation of the issue.

Each request is reviewed individually. Any exception-based refund, credit, or correction is provided at our discretion unless mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
