By accessing or using WebKernelAI, you agree to these terms and to any related policies referenced within the platform. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
These terms apply to public tools, dashboard workflows, account features, billing, reports, and any other WebKernelAI functionality made available through the website.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding account credentials. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own security failure.
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, security threats, unauthorized usage, or behavior that harms the platform or other users.
You may use WebKernelAI to analyze websites, generate technical or content outputs, and manage domains that you own, administer, are authorized to review, or are lawfully permitted to assess.
You may not use the service to conduct unlawful scanning, interfere with third-party systems, overload infrastructure, evade security controls, or violate applicable laws or contractual obligations.
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Pricing, feature limits, and plan availability may change over time, but changes will not retroactively alter a billing period already paid for.
Upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades, cancellations, and feature reductions may take effect at the end of the active billing term unless otherwise stated in the product or checkout flow.
WebKernelAI provides software tools, reports, and recommendations for informational and operational use. While we aim for accuracy and usefulness, we do not guarantee rankings, traffic outcomes, security immunity, or uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebKernelAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on tool outputs, downtime, third-party failures, or actions taken based on generated recommendations.
